The terms of sale.
These are the terms of buying from ANVIL Floor Systems. They are written to be read. Placing an order means you agree to them.
What we sell, and where
Complete floor coating systems, built to order for your floor, shipped by freight to the lower 48 United States only. All prices are in US dollars.
Your price is your price
The price you agree to at checkout is frozen with your order. Catalog prices that change afterward — up or down — do not touch an order already placed.
Payment
Payment is processed by PayPal at the time of order. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Kits ship on a pallet by freight carrier. Someone needs to be there to receive it: the carrier will coordinate a delivery window, and the driver will expect an adult who can accept the pallet. Inspect the delivery before the driver leaves — note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right under the guarantee.
All sales are final
Every kit is assembled to order for a specific floor, so we do not accept returns. What protects you instead is the guarantee: if anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we replace it. The details live on the returns page and the warranty page.
Using the product
These are industrial coatings, and the results depend on preparation and on following the instructions — the same is true for a professional crew. Read the instructions and the safety information before opening anything; safety data sheets are available on the product page. Surface preparation, site conditions and application are in your control and are your responsibility. If you are unsure about your slab, call us before you order: 406-589-8691. We would rather talk you out of a bad pour than replace one.
The floor visualizer
Visualizations are AI-generated previews, not photographs of your finished floor, and color on a screen is not color under your garage lighting. Order samples before committing to a blend. The full statement is at about floor visualization.
Our content
The site, its text, images and tools belong to ANVIL Floor Systems. Use the site to plan and buy a floor; do not scrape, republish or pass any of it off as your own.
Limits of liability
Our responsibility for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — the cost of installers, lost time, or damage arising from use contrary to the instructions. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, where ANVIL operates.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
