What is covered and for how long.
Two layers of protection, stated plainly: a 90-day guarantee from ANVIL that starts the day your kit is delivered, and a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on the coatings themselves.
The 90-day ANVIL guarantee
For 90 days from delivery, we stand behind what arrived: if any component is damaged, defective, missing or not what you ordered, we replace it at no cost. Contact us at orders@anvilfloors.com or 406-589-8691 with your order number and photos of the issue, and we get replacement material moving — usually the same day, because a prepped slab does not wait.
The one-year manufacturer’s warranty
The coatings in every kit carry their manufacturer’s one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. These are industrial products made by an industrial coatings manufacturer, and the warranty is theirs on top of ours. We handle the claim for you — one call to us, not a hunt through a supplier’s phone tree.
Register your installation
Your order confirmation includes a link to register your installation. Registering records your install date and lot numbers, which is what makes any later claim fast — we can trace exactly which batch went onto your floor. Do it the week you install; it takes a minute.
What is not covered
Results that come from the slab or the application rather than the product: coatings applied over unprepared or contaminated concrete, moisture pushing up from below, application outside the documented temperature windows, or mixing outside the stated ratios. The installation guides exist so none of that happens to you — and if you are unsure about your slab, call us before you coat it, because we would rather stop a problem than adjudicate one.
Order when you are ready
Both clocks — the guarantee and the shelf life — start running from delivery. Order when your floor is prepped and your install is scheduled, not a year in advance. The kit is built to order either way; ordering early buys nothing except a shorter warranty on the day you finally pour.
